Un saluto a tutti.
Spero che qualcuno possa aiutarmi a risolvere delle magagne presenti nel mio portatile.
In pratica il computer a un certo punto è notevolmente rallentato ed anche ad avviarsi ci metteva parecchio. Poi ad un certo punto ha cominciato ad ogni avvio a dare un errore su sgtray.exe e successivamente anche su jucheck.exe. Non contento mi ha cominciato a dare un errore su AVG (could not initialize AVG anti-virus kernel interface) ed in pratica AVG non parte e non c'è modo neanche di disinstallarlo e quindi neanche di installare un altro antivirus. Conseguentemente il centro sicurezza pc di windows mi da l'antivirus 0.1.2089944429 (che cavolo è?) disattivato.
Ho provato ha fare delle scansioni con vari antivirus online (trend micro,bit defender, kaspersky), solo trend micro è riuscito a trovare DIALER_SKYMASTER, TSPY_AGENT_ZD e DOWNLOADER_AGENT, ma al momento di doverli eliminare si è bloccato tutto.
Ho scaricato,installato ed aggiornato spybot search and destroy, adawareSE e virit. Ho fatto la scansione in modalità provvisoria con tutti e tre. Spybot ha trovato diverse cose tra cui anche Microsoft.WindowsSecurityCenter.AntivirusOverride, ho eliminato tutto quanto.Virit ha trovato un trojan.win32.agent.sp e lo ha eliminato, ma poi a un certo punto si è bloccato. Adaware si blocca quasi subito. Ho provato con Gmer, ma non parte, neanche in modalità provvisoria.

che ti dà problemi: reinstallalo.

fissa questi:

e visto che hai lo spybot, controlla i processi che si caricano all'avvio nell'apposita schermata.
riesci ad aggiornare manualmente l'avg?

Con Avg non è possibile fare nulla. Qualsiasi cosa tenti di fare da errore. Poi magari non ho capito cosa intendi dire.

intanto, spiegami bene perchè non puoi disinstallare e reinstallare l'avg (neanche in modalità provvisoria dal pannello di controllo?).

ti chiedevo dello spybot in modalità avanzata non tanto per avere un log, ma per controllare cosa gira esattamente sul pc e quali sono i programmi che partono all'avvio.
se vai in modalità avanzata, sotto utilità, ci sono due voci interessantissime...
una è esecuzione automatica: vai lì, guardi l'elenco, se c'è qualche programma che non conosci togli il check di spunta in modo che al prossimo riavvio questo programma non parta. non modifica niente di definitivo, è un'operazione reversibile e serve ad individuare il colpevole dei danni.
l'altra è elenco processi: vai lì, clicchi ad uno ad uno sui processi e ti vengono fuori tutte le info che ti servono. ad esempio, se clicchi su avgcc.exe ti dirà che è un programma lecito, della grisoft, e ti metterà in grassetto explorer.exe perchè l'avg si appoggia all'explorer.
se invece trovi un exe con un nome strano, ti viene fuori la scritta prodotto sconosciuto e la path del file, ed eventuali servizi ad esso collegati. così puoi provare a stoppare il processo (dal task manager) e vedere che succede.
