Il mio notebook ha rivelato dei virus ckvo.exe e PSW.games.nmp, poi si è bloccato, dopo aver fatto tentativi ho dovuto ripristinare, una volta ripartito ho scoperto collegando che sia la chiave usb e un hard disk usb sono di nuovo fuori uso, posso ripristane il notebook, ma vorrei recuperare sia hard disk che chiave usb, ho provato a scannerizzare con avast l' hard disk che non ha trovato nulla, ma subito dopo per la terza volta messo ko, mi muovo a malapena nel forum mi potete aiutare spiegando tutti i passaggi e software che devo usare, grazieeee

In che senso è fuori uso l'hard disk? non viene riconosciuto? o altro?

Che sistema operativo?

Dobbiamo verificare se le periferiche sono infette e ovviamente anche il PC

disattiva momentaneamente il riconoscimento automatico delle periferiche USB;
serve il programma TweakUI scaricabile da questa pagina e installalo.
Una volta installato, eseguilo e procedi con questi passaggi:

Sono costretto a formattare con il disco di ripristino, appena terminato risolverò i dati del hard disk usb, sempre se è stato lui il vettore dei virus.Non so se è importante l' hard disk del notebook è diviso in due partizioni la c e d, nella seconda c' è tutto il software per il ripristino ed è invisibile(Vaio fà in questo modo) non è che si può infettare perche quando formatto questa non viene alterata. ti ringrazio per la tua gentilezza, se puoi mi puoi dire una volta ripristinato(spero che sia l'ultima, come fare con l' hard disk usb

Non credo che dipendano tutte dai virus i problemi del notebook.....appena hai concluso fammi sapere così vediamo se effettivamente sono infetti gli HD esterni.

Ho risolto formattando il disco c, ma importante sono riuscito a recuperare il disco usb attenendomi a sante66, usando i software riportati, grazie

Bene....mi raccomando ai software di protezione, disinstalla Avast e installa AviraAntivir

Disinstalla Spyware Doctor e installa la versione Free di SuperAntispyware:;
